On the first call, Maximus asks what you want to build, who will use it and what you already know about the property. Photos or a rough sketch can help.

Look at the site and agree on scope
If access, levels, drainage or existing services need a closer look, we’ll discuss a site visit. We then work through the layout and identify any drawings or approvals needed before the work can be priced.

Confirm pricing and responsibilities
Maximus helps define and coordinate the scope. Where registered work is required, he brings in an established building partner. Before you commit, we’ll confirm who provides the quote, who you’ll sign with and who will manage the work on site.
